The meeting will be organized in parallel sessions, in which accepted papers will be presented with a maximum of 15 minutes. The sessions will have a general debate in which all attendees may participate.
Submissions to the Conference should not have been published previously in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference, nor currently under review or consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
All submissions must be in the appropriate format and use the Template-ShortPaper. The instructions for using the word template contain the guidelines for formatting all submissions. Authors are encourage to write papers preferably with a number of pages between 8-12.
Once the Meeting is held, authors will be asked for the final version to be sent the editors who will finally decide to evaluate them throuth a double peer-rewied and finally published them if satisfying the Journal evaluation process. For the final version of the paper, the maximum lenght and format will be according to the submision guidelines of the Journal chosen by the authors in the first place when submitting the paper to the Congress.
All papers must be submitted online using EasyChair conference management software system. After EasyChair Account confirmation you are ready to log in for Tourismtrends 2017 https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi and submit your paper by clicking on “submission”.
- Deadline Full paper/ Extended Abstract/ Poster submission: from 18th March to 15th, May 2017.
- Notification of paper Acceptance: from 15th April, to 20h, May 2017.
- Author’s Registration Deadline: from 30th April to 31st, May 2017
- All papers must be submitted online using EasyChair conference management software system (See “Call for papers” for instructions)
Once accepted the paper, author and co-authors should make their registration and payment from 23th to 31st, May 2017 (Please, see Registration Fees for Instructions).
After the payment, papers will be included in the final programme. Please, note that your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is credited/received.
